Booking conditions.

 

  • Covid-19: In the event of national and / or local government restrictions that prevent you from reaching our area, the deposit will always be returned;

  • The rates are NOT inclusive of tourist tax, equivalent to Euro 1.50 per person per day for the first seven days;

  • Confirmation deposit: required for each booking and equivalent to 30% of the total. To be paid by bank transfer or credit card;

  • Child reduction:

    • From 0 to 3 years old free;

    • From 3 to 7 years 50% discount;

    • From 8 to 11 years 30% discount;

  • Check in: from 2.00 pm to midnight on the day of arrival. Check out by 10 am;

  • Cancellation: free if made within 7 days from the arrival date with refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained as a penalty;
